I am friends with a great group of women who meet at my lys on Thursday nights. We've been having "pie nights" . Every pie has been delicious so the bar is set high for each pie. It was finally my turn and I decided to make the Fresh Cherry Pie from Cooking Light July 2008. From the looks of the picture I'd say it turned out well. I'm looking forward to Kate's apple pie this week.

Cherry Pie
