Swing

We had a great weekend ! This swing was the best discovery. I have been to this friend's house many times and parked next to this swing many times and it just never clicked till yesterday. Sitting on that swing and pumping my legs to get myself higher and higher was the most fun I've had in years. I felt like a kid and all my usual worries were gone. We had a great last blast of summer, good food, great friends (old and new),sun pool and beach, and even a tropical storm to round things out. I'm looking forward to next year.
Fall is definitely in the air. I'm off to the grocery to get some good food and the ingredients for Granola. I have a renewed spirit to eat well.
