Finished

It's been awhile since I made something for myself. This is my new wastebasket for my office. I was tired of working on small baskets so I went for a bigger basket. It was easy to weave and I've enjoyed putting the finishing touches on it the last few days. As you can see it's on the counter because I'm just not sure what the girls are going to think of it. I want to teach them to leave it alone.
Otherwise I've been enjoying my ordinary days and a short trip to DC to visit my daughter.

What are your DC plans? I lived there for 15 years ... what a fun place to visit :-)

That's an impressive basket. It's so beautiful. Is there no end to your talents?

Enjoy DC -- is it too early for cherry blossoms?
