I have a customer who commissions me to make baby and childrens sweaters for her. These are 1-2yr old sweaters. I bought a pack of 5 buttons and made 6 button holes so I'm off today for one more button. Some days I feel like "there's always something". Oh those are so cute! Will you share the patterns? I just finished a top down cardi (you know I don't like the sewing together part ;-)!) for a friend's new grandson, and I wasn't that pleased with the pattern (a little too vague -- for me anyway ;-). And I had a button dilemma too -- had to drive all the way to Tyler on Friday to get buttons to sew on in time for the shower Sat. morning! Gosh, sometimes I really wish we lived in a real town!
They are wonderful! Such a lucky baby. Good luck finding that button.
