Last year I watched some of my favorite bloggers making freezer jam. I had no clue and I was just getting used to the puppies and my free time. This year I asked Jodi how this was done. Easy and great fun. I'm ready to make freezer jam out of everything. In the midst of making this the dogs came in and Lucy stunk. I tried running out and hosing her off real quick before I cooked the pectin. No luck she still stunk. So after I finished she got a nice bath. Now we all smell good and I can't wait for breakfast tomorrow.
P.S. The jam was delicious this morning on my english muffin.

I got the recipe from Jodi, too! I can't wait to make my own (hopefully without the stinky dog)!
containers of goodness! you'll enjoy jam on your toast for many breakfasts to come.
Looks good B! I'm trying to save up enough of our blackberries to make jam -- maybe -- might just eat them ;-).
And can't have a stinky dog -- especially if yours is right next to you all the time like our little guy ;-).
That red color is so beautiful, isn't it? I just read about an exec. from Thomas' English muffins who quit and took the super-secret recipe for those nooks and crannies with him. He went to work for Hostess. Now the Thomas' people are suing. Just seeing your jams and thinking about nooks and crannies makes me want a muffin. The power of persuasion!
